在一個深夜被兩句簡單的歌詞突襲，

出乎意料地瞬間掉淚。

用雙手摀住嘴，想掩飾自己的悲傷，

一回過頭卻發現與牆上海報呈現的幾乎是完全一樣的姿勢，像面鏡子。

因為我們的動作都叫作躲藏。

上一篇才寫了Drop Dead Diva，

除了由於真的挺喜歡這部影集，

也因為兩周第三季第二集快結束時背景音樂換上了這首"Safe"，

影集的情境和這首歌的旋律、歌詞結合得太完美，

真真實實觸動了我的心。

一瞬間衍生了太多關於未來種種分離的想像，

一時情緒超載就化作眼淚，

毫無防備地席捲。



劇中的兩個女人都因為某些因素而必須割除對曾深愛過的男人的感情，

試圖遺忘、試圖放手，

卻總在見到或想到對方時感到內心的糾結與刺痛。

那些過去的回憶絕對不是說要抹煞就能徹底消失掉的。

光是想像這些美好的回憶以後都會變成必須強迫遺忘的片段的可能性，

那些愉快的時光都必須被否定才會讓分離之後的彼此好過一些，

就讓我覺得心很痛。



每一次的調適要花多久的時間呢？

這不是可以用交往時間做加減乘除來推算的。



即使脫離了看影集當下感慨的情緒，抽離了這首歌，

會覺得那晚的悲傷其實真的又是一次不必要的眼淚，

這次深刻的經驗還是讓我知道有眼淚是因為愛和在乎。



我們都要計劃未來也要做好最壞的打算、給自己心理建設，

但是平常還是要盡量維持正面思考，不要杞人憂天吧。

還是希望能相信凡事都會有它最好的出路，

也希望無論是適合或是不適合的到最後都擁有最恰當的結局。



習慣性地，還是會在有情緒時想隱藏自己的悲傷，

無論是用手摀住嘴或者消失在你視線所及範圍內。

即使你總是說在你面前不必，可以自在抒發一切，

還是希望你能諒解。

習慣性地掩飾與躲藏，有時候只是種自覺的反應。

外顯的悲傷，哭一場就過去了。

才發現好多人都是因為Drop Dead Diva而找到這首歌的，

可見它是很觸動人心又很引起共鳴的一段配樂。
